You choose the questions Nora asks your callers
Nora asks after-hours callers one question at a time, and you decide which questions she asks.
Published · Updated
You were on a job. A caller reached your line after hours. What do you need from that call to call them back in the morning?
The default questions
Nora asks one question at a time:
- The caller's name.
- The best callback number, read back to confirm.
- The address or area.
- What the problem is.
- A good time to call.
You can add or remove questions during setup.
Your rules
In the Map step of how it works, we go over four things with you in plain English: your greeting, the questions, what counts as an emergency, and who gets the summary. You decide what counts as an emergency for your trade. Nora asks the deciding question, for example: "Is water running right now?"
At handoff, you know how to pause it, change the greeting, and read the call log.
Wherever they found you
Nora is an AI voice agent. A caller might find your number in many places, including anywhere an AI assistant can show your listing. After hours, the questions that caller answers are the ones you picked. So the summary has what you need to call back.
See the after-hours answering service for the full setup. Hear Nora yourself: call (816) 683-2229, then talk with John directly through contact.
