Refund Policy

What can be refunded

• Setup fee ($897): non-refundable except as below, including when it becomes due on an early cancel of the 12-month plan. (Live rule.)
• Monthly fees already paid: not refunded. Cancel and no further monthly charges are made after the current period.
• If Nora is not live in time: if Nora is not live within 14 days of payment for reasons on our side, we refund the setup fee in full.

How to ask

Email john@bluraisolutions.com with your name, what you bought and the date. We reply within 5 business days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original card or account through Stripe. Your bank decides how long it takes to show, usually 5 to 10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first; most problems are faster to fix by email. If a payment is reversed through a dispute, the service or product it paid for ends.
