Robocalls and sales pitches do not reach you as leads

After hours, Nora sorts robocalls and sales pitches from real customers on the call, so pitches never reach you as leads.

You close up for the night. Your business line forwards to Nora. Some of the calls that come in are not customers.

Pitches get a polite no

When a robocall or sales pitch comes in after hours, Nora gives a polite no. The call ends. Your summary marks it as spam, so you can skip it. Robocalls and pitches never reach you as leads.

Real callers get the questions

A real caller hears a greeting in your business name. Then Nora asks one question at a time:

  • Their name.
  • The best callback number, read back to confirm.
  • The address or area.
  • What is wrong.
  • When to call back.

Why it works this way

Nora is an AI voice agent. The sorting happens on the call itself. You get a summary of every after-hours call by text. The spam is already marked, so your evening summary is about real customers.

See how the rest of the setup works on the after-hours answering service page.
