When a caller sincerely asks if she is a real person, Nora gives a straight answer: she is an AI voice agent.

A caller asks, "Am I talking to a real person?" If they sincerely ask, Nora tells them the truth. She is an AI voice agent.
Nora is set up for your shop. She answers in your business name. She will not pretend to be human. She is also not a call center with live people.
What she asks
One question at a time:
- Their name.
- The best callback number, read back in groups so it is right.
- The address or area.
- What is wrong.
- When to call back.
She repeats the details back once. She tells them someone will follow up. Then she says goodbye.
What she does not do
Nora does not diagnose problems, quote repairs, take card numbers, or promise an arrival time. Those stay with you on the callback.
