A callback only works if the number is right. One wrong digit and you have a name, a problem, and no way to reach them.
What the caller hears
Nora is an AI voice agent. After hours, real callers get a greeting in your business name. Then she asks one question at a time:
- Their name.
- The best callback number.
- The address or area.
- What is wrong.
- When to call back.
The number, read back
When the caller gives a number, Nora reads it back in groups so it is right. For example: "That is 555, 0142. Is that right?" She checks it with the caller on the call.
Before she hangs up, she repeats the details back once, tells them someone will follow up, and says goodbye. You get a summary of every after-hours call by text: caller name, callback number, what they need, and the best time.
