Guide

One follow-up. Then leave them alone.

Most people meant to write the review and got busy. One more note is useful. A campaign is not.

When the second note is fair

Five to seven days after the first request, if nothing landed. Same tone. Shorter. A direct link. No guilt.

What not to do

Do not drip for a month. Do not offer a discount for a star rating. Do not reply-all the whole family thread. One polite follow-up is the whole play.

How the system handles it

The Review and Reputation System can wait after the first ask and send the second note only if no review showed up. A new Google review should ping you immediately so you can thank them like a person.

Who this is for

Owners who already ask once and then forget. The second note is where volume usually appears.

Pillar: Reviews should follow finished work, not a campaign.
