When does Nora answer my calls?
On the after-hours schedule you set, such as nights, weekends, and holidays, and any time you turn on call forwarding. You keep your number.
How fast can I go live?
Live within about a week. We set Nora up around your hours, your calendar, and how you want summaries sent.
Is there a limit on minutes?
Plans include fair-use call minutes for a typical small trade business. If your volume runs well above that, we will contact you before any change in price.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime by calling (816) 683-2229 or through our contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no further charges.
Is the setup fee refundable?
No. The $297 setup fee is non-refundable. Monthly service is month to month and you can cancel anytime.
